Getting Started

Viewing a Home
Once you schedule an appointment, 威尼斯人网站的一位租赁代理将主持您的观看，并随时回答您的任何问题.

Submitting an Application
Vist the property listing online and submit an application by hitting the red “Apply” button.

APPLICATION PROCESSING

- Employment/income verification

Pet Policy
Due to insurance costs and limitations, 有些狗主可能不会批准养下列狗只的申请人:

- Rottweiler
- Chow Chow
- Doberman Pincher
- German Shepherd
- American Staffordshire Terrier
- Akita
- Mastiff
- Cane Corso
- Great Dane

- Wild dogs such as Wolf Hybrids
If the property owner agrees to allow a pet, 申请人可能需要支付较高的保证金. Service animals welcome.
Security Deposit
A minimum of one month’s rent will be required as a security deposit; with a maximum of two month’s rent. 所要求的保证金必须在租赁文件签署后72小时内收到, or by the specific date on the lease document.
Screening Criteria
Rental History

Income
Applicants must earn approximately 3 times the amount of the monthly rent. 如果每月收入达不到规定的收入，房东可以拒绝申请.

Employment

Credit

- If open accounts are 30 days or more past due, 申请可能会被拒绝(医疗收藏品或住房抵押贷款除外).

- A bankruptcy, short sale, 或者丧失抵押品赎回权可能导致申请被拒绝或更高的保证金.

Automatic Denials
下列任何一种情况将导致申请被自动拒绝:
- 业主或物业管理公司在过去三年内提交的任何未完成的催收
- 近三年内被非法拘禁或驱逐
- Any current eviction in process
- Any open bankruptcy
- 任何犯罪活动，包括出售或持有并意图出售毒品
- 任何身体或暴力性质的犯罪活动
- 任何不可持续且不足以满足收入要求的就业收入
- 在书面申请中提供虚假信息或者歪曲事实的
